We love our Suar Wood dining tables in Singapore. Suar wood has one of the nicest wood grains that make the dining table a key feature of any interior design. We match it with stable understated black wrought iron metal legs keeps the focus on the table top.

Carpenter's notes: 

Suar Wood has its notoriety - both for its beautiful grain and also from problems after the purchase, inherent from overseas suppliers, if the wood had not been treated and finished properly - a common reason we get requests to restore other tables. 

All our Suar Wood pieces are all re-sanded, treated and finished by us, with a finishing process that includes both sealing the wood from within, and adding surface finish for water resistance. It's a final finishing process that can take up to 2 weeks, but well worth it for a lasting dining table. 

Additionally, should you encounter any structural issues due to the new environment, we'll refinish Suar Wood slabs for you complimentary within 3 months of purchase should there be any wood defects. We don't expect to need to, but it'll give you piece of mind.
